Request form

The project request form on this site (request.php) is processed by our web hosting using standard server email. When you submit the form, your answers are sent by email to jace@jacewebdesign.com for review and follow-up. Your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond to you directly.

Fields collected on the request form include: submission type (new inquiry, existing project or revision, or other); business name; your name; email address; phone number; preferred contact method (email, phone, or either); payment status (for example not yet paid, deposit paid, revision milestone paid, final paid, or unsure); goals, pages, and change requests (free text); whether you are interested in the monthly care plan; and whether you want the professional photography add-on. A hidden field used only for spam detection may be present; if it is left blank (as intended for humans), it is not used to evaluate you as a lead.

Payment information

Public checkout on this site covers the 40% build deposit for published Starter, Business, or Growth packages (see each package page under Payment), the optional monthly care plan, and optional extras (extra page, photography on the Extras page). Custom or invoice-priced projects use a payment link emailed to you, not a public checkout page here. Later build installments are usually paid the same way. Payment card and billing details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly on this website.

• To provide support and maintain ongoing services (such as care plan requests).

Information is used when needed to take steps you ask for (such as replying to your request), perform a service agreement, meet legal obligations, and run normal business operations in a reasonable and limited way.

5. Sharing and third-party processors

Jace Web Design does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as needed with trusted service providers that help deliver services, such as:

• Your web host’s email systems (delivering request form messages)
• Stripe (payment processing through separately sent payment links)

Those providers process data under their own privacy terms and security practices.

6. Data retention

Contact and project records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for inquiry handling, client support, service delivery, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

7. Data security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be promised.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Jace Web Design, subject to legal or contractual recordkeeping requirements. You may also ask to stop non-essential communications.

9. Cookies and tracking

This website is not currently configured with advanced behavioral ad tracking. Basic technical logs may still be generated by hosting or service providers for performance and security purposes.

10. Children's privacy

Services are intended for business owners and adults. This website is not directed to children under 13, and Jace Web Design does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Geographic scope

Jace Web Design operates in the United States. By using the site, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
