Answers

How many people can play in a room?

Our rooms are designed for 4 players. However, if you want to attempt a game with only 2 players, we can accommodate. Some groups have even escaped with just two and a lot of hints. Each room has a standard capacity of 8 players.

Do you accept walk-ins?

It is highly recommended to make an online reservation to secure your spot. Walk-ins are accepted if there is still availability during our public time slots, but we may be temporarily closed if there are no active reservations.

Are there age restrictions?

We no longer have an age restriction. Infants in arms are also allowed. Our goal is to make sure all visitors have a great experience.

What is your refund/reschedule policy?

Although we cannot offer refunds, we will reschedule your game if you give us at least 1.5 hours’ notice beforehand.

Do you offer mobile escape rooms?

All of our experiences are on-site at our Rivertown location (fictional for this demo). We don’t bring the rooms to offices or other locations.

Can you handle large groups?

Yes. If your group can be separated into several small groups, we can accommodate large parties such as 20–40 people by splitting you into multiple rooms. Each room has a standard capacity of 8 players, and we’re happy to arrange private events so everyone gets to play.

Where do we park?

Pretend parking: we’re behind the brick building at the corner of Maple & 4th. From Maple: turn into the small lot marked “Harbor Court Retail.” From 4th: use the mid-block driveway; visitor spots are labeled “VC.” (All placeholder directions.)

What dates and times are you available?

Dates and times vary. To see current availability, click the Book Now button to instantly view open time slots. If you’re interested in a time outside our public slots, private bookings are available upon request. Just call or email us.

We want to use this for team-building. How do we book?

If your group has 8 people or fewer, check our public time slots and purchase all 8 tickets to secure your time before someone else does. We also offer private time slots upon request. For private or corporate bookings, contact us at bookings@escapedemo.example (fake inbox for this demo).

Can we eat or drink during the game?

No food or drink is allowed inside the escape rooms. Around the corner you’ll find The Kettle & Crumb Café and Harbor Slice Pizzeria—made-up neighbors perfect for a post-game debrief in this demo.
